What changes for your organisation, a worked example for one department with every assumption shown, and how we prove it on your own work before you commit.
Tell us which matters most when we speak, and we’ll focus your trial on it.
New and temporary staff are productive sooner, and a new system is adopted without weeks of retraining.
Staff get your organisation’s answer in the moment and finish the task, instead of stopping to search, ask or wait.
When staff are unsure, they get instant guidance on screen instead of guessing. Fewer errors, less rework, less management time spent putting things right, and fewer mistakes reaching your customers.
Your experienced staff can capture any task that isn’t written down by doing it once with Naheni watching. Their know-how stays with your organisation when they retire or move on.
Written instructions for any task are produced from its Task Map. When a procedure or system changes, you tell us and we re-map it. Only new exceptions come back to your experts.
How-to questions are answered before they reach a colleague, a team lead or the support desk.
If you need written evidence of competence, Naheni records which tasks each person has completed and whether they needed guidance.
Naheni delivers all of these. Let us show you how, starting with one of your tasks.

If the measures agreed for the first three months of your contract are not met, you can end it at month three. Configuring your first procedure for the trial is free, and each further department you bring on adds its own saving on top.
The value is higher where staff turnover is high, temporary staff are common, or your systems and procedures change often.
| Staff covered | A month | Per person a month |
| Up to 100 staff | $3,000 | from $30 |
| Up to 500 staff | $7,000 | from $14 |

Every procedure in the department, on up to six systems, mapped, maintained and supported. Set-up included on a 12-month contract. Further systems $1,000 a month each; larger organisations quoted. Prices in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
* Estimated, for an illustrative example of 500 staff at $60 an hour and 20% staff turnover. Your trial measures the real figures on your own work.
In a 10-minute call we look at the systems your staff use and show you how Naheni would guide them. If it’s useful, we configure Naheni for one of your departments, free of charge. Confidential. As soon as we start talking, we send you a confidentiality undertaking, signed by us, covering your systems and SOPs. Nothing for you to sign.
We set up that department’s procedures and systems in Naheni and test them on real past questions.
Your staff use it in their everyday work for 30 days, measured against targets and commercial terms agreed with you before we start.
After the 30 days, check the return on your own figures and decide whether to keep Naheni for your team. If it stays, it covers every procedure in that department on every system it uses: $7,000 a month for up to 500 staff.
Once the results are reviewed, other departments can see the value for themselves. Each one is added when it is ready, and is quicker to set up because your systems are already learned.
Your IT team deploys the Naheni app and browser extension to staff in the usual way. Naheni is hosted by us, in a region agreed with you, so nothing is installed on your servers.
Web-based systems in Chrome or Edge, and desktop software on Windows through the Naheni app, whether bought in or built in-house.
A demo on your systems comes first, then a free Task Map of one of your tasks for you to review. We then configure your chosen area, usually within a week, or a little longer if we need to learn several of your systems. Your staff then use it in their everyday work for 30 days before you decide.
The procedures of one department, such as finance and operations, on every system it uses, up to six. From $3,000 a month for a department of up to 100 staff and $7,000 a month for up to 500; larger departments and organisation-wide cover are priced by the number of staff. Further systems beyond six are $1,000 a month each.
Nothing is due for the Task Map, configuration or trial. If the trial meets the targets agreed at the start and you choose to continue, it is a 12-month contract with no set-up fee and a break at month three if the measures agreed for the first three months are not met. If you stop, we return or delete everything you shared.
No. It works from your procedures and the screens, fields and controls of your systems, not the records inside them. How we protect your data →
